The hotel had a great location with good pools that I really enjoyed. The rooms were warm without a water heater, making it uncomfortable to adjust the temperature, but the service was spectacular. The hotel's dining was good for a vacation stay, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the location seemed too far from entertainment and supplies, and the management's rigid adherence to policies and procedures affected the overall experience negatively.

On the bright side, the location is amazing, only about half an hour from the center of Riyadh, but the lack of clear signage and direction made it a bit scary to navigate. The dinner food variety was not attractive, but the view to the garden was nice.
